From HollyHR

Introducing HollyHR: small-team HR without the small print.

We built the HR system we wanted small UK teams to have: calm to use, honest about its limits and easy to leave.

Why build another HR product?

Because small teams still face a bad choice: run sensitive people admin in spreadsheets, or buy a system whose price, modules and exit path become harder to understand as the company grows.

HollyHR starts with a smaller promise and takes it seriously: accurate core records, leave and sickness, documents, working patterns, self-service, bounded export and governed developer access.

What matters

Simple is a product decision

We remove admin and explain calculations before adding another module tile.

Fair means predictable

Free covers up to 10 active people; Standard is £2 per active person with no whole-account band jump.

Trust includes the exit

A System Admin can create a bounded organisation archive with 26 manifest datasets and eligible files, subject to visible file and archive limits.

What is actually shipped?

The core HR product covers people and employment records, departments and locations, leave, sickness, who's away, documents, onboarding, working patterns, employee self-service and bounded organisation export. Developer access is an organisation-scoped REST API in beta, signed webhooks and a hosted MCP in developer preview; their read, plan and write controls are documented separately.

What are we not pretending?

We do not yet have the incumbent trust history, native integration marketplace, custom report builder or Plus workforce modules. We publish those boundaries because good early-access customers deserve a product truth, not a launch adjective.
