Is HollyHR a good fit for your retail team?

Retailers with roughly 5 to 100 employees can keep core HR in HollyHR alongside rota, time and store systems.
Free for up to 10 employees. Standard is £2 per active employee.
HollyHR Free costs £0 for up to 10 active employees. Standard costs £2 per active employee each month, including the first 10. Plus will cost £4 per active employee each month when it launches. Prices are before applicable tax.
Several stores should not create several staff lists.
Part-time work needs the actual agreed pattern
Keep the employee's normal week and dated changes with their record so leave and payroll hand-offs do not start from a default full-time assumption.
Local managers need useful, limited access
Give a store manager the team context and actions their role permits without giving every location the same view of confidential employee information.
A frequent starter still needs a complete start
Use one repeatable journey for details, documents, policies and named tasks so seasonal demand does not turn onboarding into a chain of messages.
Keep the staff record clear across the retail week.

Does HollyHR include rotas or clock-in?
No. Use a retail scheduling or time-and-attendance system for live shifts, clock-in and cover. HollyHR keeps the agreed employment pattern, employee record, leave and sickness organised alongside it.
Does HollyHR perform right-to-work checks?
No. Employers must use the prescribed current route and confirm the result themselves. HollyHR can keep the evidence and follow-up date you record with the employee, but it does not validate documents, identity or immigration status.
Can HollyHR support part-time employees and young workers?
You can record each employee's agreed working pattern, employment details and leave. The employer must apply the current rights, rest, night-work and safety rules for that person, including the additional protections for workers under 18.
Can each store manager see only their own team?
Locations, reporting lines and roles can organise manager access around the responsibility they hold. Administrators should still check each assignment rather than assuming a job title automatically creates the right access.
