The realities of technology employment

Growth should not leave the people record behind.

Teams, managers and ways of working change quickly. Employment details and access still need one dependable home.
Changing teams, hybrid work and access
Organisation changes

A changing organisation needs more than the latest diagram

Keep role, manager, department, working pattern and dated employment changes with the person when teams split, combine or gain a new lead.

Hybrid work

Hybrid work still needs an agreed employment record

Record the working pattern and location your organisation has agreed, while home-working safety, equipment and practical arrangements remain active employer responsibilities.

Employment status

Employee and contractor need a deliberate boundary

Keep the people you employ clearly recorded and review status when a contractor relationship changes. The label in a product roadmap or invoice does not decide employment rights.

How HollyHR helps

A current employee record as the company changes.

Keep employment details, onboarding and everyday leave together while specialist talent, IT and global work stay in their own systems.

Questions before you switch

Straight answers to common questions.

Check the practical details before deciding whether HollyHR fits your team.
Can HollyHR support remote and hybrid teams?

Yes. Keep each employee's agreed working pattern, location, manager and employment documents in one record. HollyHR does not assess the home workspace, provide equipment or replace the employer's health-and-safety process.

Does HollyHR have an API?

Yes. HollyHR provides documented, organisation-scoped developer access with separate read and write controls. Use the minimum scopes required and review where employee data will be copied before connecting another system.

Does onboarding provision laptops and software accounts?

No. HollyHR can assign and record manual onboarding tasks, documents and acknowledgements. Device management, identity provisioning and account removal remain in your IT and security systems.

Can HollyHR manage UK employees and overseas contractors?

HollyHR is strongest as the core HR record for UK employment. It is not an employer of record, global payroll service or cross-border employment adviser. Keep overseas engagements and contractor commercial terms in a service designed for those obligations.

How much does HollyHR cost for a technology company?
