“From” means the provider publishes a starting price rather than an exact quote. Quote-only providers with no reproducible public price floor are outside this edition.

Method you can inspect

One public rule, applied at three headcounts

  1. Read each provider’s own public UK pricing page.
  2. Select the lowest publicly priced HR plan, without asserting equal scope.
  3. Apply its band or per-employee rule at exactly 10, 25 and 50 employees.
  4. Mark variable or starting prices “From” and publish the inputs as CSV.

We exclude VAT, annual-payment discounts, temporary promotions, optional modules, implementation costs and negotiated terms. Prices can change; follow the official link before buying.

Questions behind the numbers

How to use this benchmark

Does the cheapest plan include the same features from every provider?

No. This benchmark compares public entry-plan price shapes, not equivalent products. Features, limits, support and contract terms differ, so buyers should check each official source and product scope.

Does the benchmark include VAT, annual discounts or add-ons?

No. The table uses public monthly prices before VAT and excludes promotions, annual-payment discounts, optional add-ons, implementation charges and negotiated terms.

Why are some prices marked From?

A From label means the provider publishes a starting price but the final price can vary with volume, plan configuration or commercial terms. The table never turns a published floor into an exact quote.

Why does HollyHR appear in a benchmark published by HollyHR?

HollyHR publishes the benchmark and is included alphabetically using the same public-source and arithmetic rules. That relationship is disclosed in the table and dataset; there is no ranking, score or winner.
